Downloaded a copy of mortal online yesterday, although we haven’t had a chance to play it yet.
Mortal Online is a first-person MMORPG in a fantasy setting.
Mortal Online is a next generation PC MMORPG both in terms of graphics and gameplay. There are no PvP zones, only an open realistic world where you are free to choose your own path. Experience true real-time combat where you decide every move your character makes and where your personal skill really matters.
I played Darkfall for a while, and while it has the potential to be an awesome game, we left because it was horrifically unbalanced and the playerbase/community were mostly assholes.
Hoping Mortal Onlne isn’t the same kinda thing.
holy shit so many kids my age are getting married and having kids and i’m still sittin here playing pokemon and eating fruit snacks and debating whether to marathon sailor moon again

For fat women, being stylish isn’t a luxury. It’s often a necessity to get hired, to get access to healthcare, to get treated like a human being.
Fat women have all kinds of narratives about sloppiness, laziness, dirtiness to overcome. Sometimes heels are a crucial part of looking “put together” in a way that sufficiently convinces people that we care about ourselves, that manages to counteract pervasive cultural narratives that fat people don’t care about ourselves. That we have “let ourselves go.”
Being “put together” is part of the way many of us convey to a judgmental world that we are worth caring about.
I get treated completely differently at a $20 hair salon if I’m dressed up or dressed down. Two totally different experiences. I get treated differently at the doctor’s office, and at the emergency room. I can’t go to the ER in sweatpants, because I’ll get shittier treatment. In an emergency, I have to worry if I am dressed up enough to prove that I deserve respect and care.

So…because the Aquariel drawing got unbelievably popular overnight, I went through some of the comments and tumblr user swan2swan wrote something about Ariel arm-wrestling Gaston and obviously I thought ‘of course this HAS to be drawn!’
This is too cool not to share.
I follow a lot of other dommes and a few submissive men. It’s always interesting for me to read what other people get up to and well, generally, d/s relationships. The dynamic fascinates me and the people participating are usually incredibly interesting and fun to read.
I don’t follow heavy porn blogs – i.e. blogs that are 99% visual gifs of porn or photos of naked women. Doesn’t appeal to me in the slightest. The person behind it might be interesting, but for me, the blog itself isn’t.
I follow blogs of interesting people who have interesting things to say.
I follow some modern-feminist type blogs, funny blogs, political blogs, blogs to do with topics that i’m interested in such as gaming, cannabis, literature, art, fantasy, music, culture.
I’m starting to put a list together of my favourites here. http://gamerdomme.tumblr.com/links
